Position Summary:

The position of Director, Enterprise Accounts is responsible for developing new and strategic

business relationships and new revenue for the organization.


• Bring new revenue to the company primarily through outbound activities within existing accounts as well as new prospects.

• Understand the capability, benefits and competitive advantages of Language Scientifics’ (LS) services

• Attain all agreed upon activity metrics

• Manage and lead business development activities to drive new revenue growth through strategic relationships

• Create effective and strategic approaches to uncovering and closing new business opportunities

• Assess the competitive landscape within assigned accounts and develop an acquisition plan/account plan to cross-sell/ up-sell and expand potential revenue streams

• Identify, qualify, develop, and close sales opportunities

• Schedule on-site client visits and calls in order to ensure opportunities are consistently moving through your sales pipeline

• Serve as the central point of contact for and liaison between external clients and internal production staff

• Promote and educate clients regarding LS’s services

• Manage and control pricing and contractual issues

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent

• Excellent English communication (written and verbal) skills

• 3+ years of sales experience 

• Proven experience selling services in a B2B environment

• Proven sales life cycle experience – lead generation through business closing

• Proven track record in achieving sales targets

• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
