If you are a translator or a translation editor with a degree in engineering, computer science, medicine, or the life sciences, please look
at our Translator Qualifications section to see if you meet our requirements.
Please note that to be considered for translation assignments from Language Scientific, you must have at least full-time equivalent
of seven years of professional translation experience in addition to subject matter expertise in an area of engineering or medicine.
Accreditation with the following is a plus but is not required. Language Scientific conducts its own accreditation process for qualified candidates.

or an equivalent national translator testing and accreditation organization;
Simultaneous interpreters must have at least 2 years of conference interpreting (booth) experience and a total of 7 years of professional interpreting experience.
They must hold accreditation from the UN, the IMF, NATO, the International Association of Conference Interpreters (AIIC),
the US State Department, or similar organization. Consecutive interpreters must have at least five years of interpreting experience.
